no its not..thats a "generic version" that someone made to get your rs pass...just so yall know that. My fried tried it out, and you start out as lvl 3. When he went log in on runescape2 his pass was chagned...he recoverd with recovs...lost 22m. No, and I repeat NO ONE play runesape3. besides howcome it wasent mentioned in the runescape news on the front page of rs?

nope ist stll down i just checked....its probly sum big update that my dial up internet cant handle....when they updated varrok it took 2 weeks before i could play...then 3 more weeks before i stopped laggin..I h8 updates,,!!
