Is it just me or are rare's prices going down? I'm pretty sure Santa hats are. But what about everything else like easter eggs, pumpkins, half wines, etc.

I think they are going down. Sometimes there is a secret out brake in a glitch that Jagex trys to maintain. Oh my god that may be the reason that Jagex went into an update. Ok sometimes when a glitch is found in the game people can duplicate items such as the rares causing more to be released to the public. If these rares are released then all the prices of the rares will go down. Recently Jagex went through an update. This update took much longer than expected. Unfortunately the update did not include any big features just minor ones that should not have taken so long. There is a possibility that Jagex secretly were working to patch up the glitch while the servers were down. The reason I think of this theory is because this has happened before with a couple of guys that duplicated money and sold them on the internet. They held billions of gp and made more money than ever. Normally a long time ago gp was rare. The highest you would see were 40mill per person. This out brake from the glitch cause the gp rate to rise which is why now there are billions of gp in Runescape. Jagex went under an update and completely patched up the server. This incident happened not to long after the release of Runescape 2. Jagex did not want to do a recovery sweep and decided to let the gp slide. That is my theory on the prices of rare's going down. Wow I wrote a lot.

Wow.. that's one helluva theory jv.. It's completely wrong. There's more money now because there's a lot more players and there's been a lot more time and that dupe crap is just scammers try to con you, lol.

Anyways, it's the rate of rares?
